MyReception is a tool for modern management and service of guests visiting a building. The application facilitates the automation of the process regarding the guests arrival to the building from the lobby level. The main purpose of the application is to improve the performance of the buildings reception desk by independently confirming the guests arrival at the meeting point as well as improving communication between the guest and the organiser of the meeting.
With MyReception, the process of inviting guests is quick and intuitive. In the first step, the reception staff sends an invitation to the guest, who automatically receives it at his or her e-mail address along with a QR code and details of the meeting. When the meeting is scheduled, the QR code allows the guest to confirm his or her presence on the spot at the building using a mobile phone and attend the meeting without making an appointment at reception desk. At the same time, the meeting organiser receives notification of the guests arrival.
Alternatively, the system offers the possibility of inviting guests to a meeting without having a previously sent invitation with a QR code. In this case, the guest selects the company and/or person they wish to meet from a list of tenants.
